He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his son Jeremy; his grandchildren, Rykr and Berlin; his children, Bree and Jerrod (Korey); his grandchildren, Molly and Gage; his sister Sue (Bill); his mother-in-law Doreen; and his friends, Jack, Ken and Joe.
