He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Anna and John Wilk; his parents, Pauline Wilk and Micheal Wilk; his brothers, Arnold, Robert and James; his sister-in-law Joanne; his nephews, Norman and Kevin; his great-nephew Jake; and his great-niece Baby Emma.

He is survived by : his sons, John (Brooklyn) and Jered; his siblings, Gerald (Kathy), Wayne (Deb), Diane (Mike), Terry and Ernie (Rose); his nephews, Darcy, Darrin, Dale, Eugene, Bradley, Rob, Tim, Dan, David and Justin; and his niece Ashley.
