The memory of Robert James Brown of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, who passed away on September 13, 2025 at the age of 83, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm MacKinnon Brown and Edith Ada Ruth; his siblings, Gordon, Walter, Muriel Hallett, Ruth Kober and Bonnie Gruell; his in-laws, Ellen Brown, Beverley Brown, Eddy Kober and Vern Ritchie; his son Shaun James; and the mother of his children Patti.
He is survived by: his siblings, Elsie McNeilly (Ivan), Malcolm (Lynne), Colin (Grace), Mary Ritchie, Rodney (Bonnie-Lea), Heather McMillan (David) and Ronald (Cheryl); his brother-in-law Earl Gruell; his daughter Janice Stevens (Randy); his grandchildren, Joshua (Kathy), Matthew (Megan), Michelle (Sean) and Karissa (Joseph); and his great grandchildren, Royce, Terri, Arla, Austin, Luke, Chet, Grant, Mark, Jaden, Dean, Thea, Grace and Reuben. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sunset Cemetery (9 Ave SW, Bushell Park, SK S6H3N8).
As an expression of sympathy, donations in Jim's name may be made to a charity of one's choice.
