He was predeceased by: his parents, Berna and Max. He is survived by: his son Colin (Alicia); his grandchildren, Skylar, Dakota and Devin; his siblings, Donald Perkins (Eva), Ian Perkins, Matthew Perkins and Vicki Perkins; and his friend Karen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
