He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Winn and Maud Winn; and his siblings, Jim, Thomas, Dorothy and Jean.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Winn; his children, Bruce (Gladys), Garth, Guthrie (Sandra) and Janice Boyce (Leif); his grandchildren, David (Kelly), Daniel (Alison), Kristyn Stevenson and Carmyn Neill; his great grandchildren, Michael, Liam, Hayden, Olivia, Sophia, Joseph, Isaac, Calaya and Kashton; and his niece Yvonne Heck (Raymond) of Calgary, AB..
