He was predeceased by: his great grandchildren, Griffin Heilman-Fogal, Jax Fogal, Zoe Spagrud, Weston Spagrud, August Foley and Oaklyn Foley; and his sister Kay Keller.
He is survived by: his spouse June; his children, Glen, Bruce (Jan), Sheila Sharp (John), Edith, Douglas (Darla) and Dellene Lewendon (Michael); his stepchildren, Sherri Foley (Greg), Marie Bell (Merv Kozack), Dorie Rush (Tark) and Scott Fogal (Tamara); and his grandchildren, Lyndon Fogal, Danielle Fogal, Alyssa Fogal, Jamie Spagrud (Danette), Cassandra McRae (Trent), Hailey Caragata, Brooke Caragata, Stone Rush, Austin Rush, Colton Rush, Josh Foley, Brody Foley (Ashleigh), Ty Foley (Jill), Bentley Hutchinson, Riley Hutchinson, Robin Yorga, Chad Everett, Katlyn Hoover, Jason Hall, Gabriel Yorga, Cai Lewendon, Cash Lewendon, Tyler Heshka and Tristan Fogal. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
