He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Schaffer and Magdalena Schaffer; and his siblings, Jacob Schaffer, Margaret Weisgarber (Tony), Vincent Schaffer (Margaret), Anton Schaffer (Helen), John Schaffer, Kasper Schaffer, Peter Schaffer (Loretta), Joseph Schaffer, Johon Schaffer, Leo Schaffer (Loreen), Rose Eberle (Stan), Barbara Weisgarber (Mike) and Elenore Duthie (Sandy).
He is survived by: his sons, Darren (Larai), Taylor and Madyson; his grandchildren, Dawson, Wynter, Devon (Chelsea), Dyson, Starla, Tayen, Daxyn, Dustin (Destiny), Draven and Dace; his brother Max Schaffer (Margaret); and his sister-in-law Anne Schaffer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Joseph's Parish (1064 3 Ave NW, Moose Jaw, SK S6H3T9).
