He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard and Adele; his brother Steve; and his wife Charlotte Paysen. He is survived by: his son Mike; his grandchildren, Aysia (Jordan), Ramsay, Oliver and Broden (Kassy); his daughter Tracy Vickaryous (Norm); his grandchildren, Tat and Dayton; his daughter Kelli Myers (Jason); his siblings, Pat Misener (Bob) and David (Karen Green); and his brothers-in-law, Larry (Brenda), Darrell (Zohreh) and Wayne (Bev). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
