He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Helene; and his brother Onile. He is survived by: his close friend Marilyne; his children, Joel (Leanne), Jeremy (Lisa), Nadine (Trent), Melissa (Ryan) and Kevin (Kaylyn); his grandchildren, Ethan, Carter, Stella, Callie, Charlie, Oliver, Rori, Morgan, Amy, Katie, Hayden, Brae, Maddyn and Messer; his siblings, Odette (Laurent), Soeur Gertrude, Real (Jeannette), Adeline (Royal), Lianne (Luc) and Laurel; and his former wife Pat.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your local minor sports association.
