He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his sons, Murray (Marion), Alex (Heather) and Brian (Lori); his stepmother Ivadelle Stafford; his brother Wallace (Margaret Ann); and his siblings-in-law, Jim Cheyne (Jean), Emily Leland (Robert) and Arlene Cheyne. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and their spouses, and 6 great grandchildren.
