He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Mildred McNarland (Kelwood); his parents, Billie McNarland and May McNarland; his grandparents, William and Ellen McNarland; his children, Shannon, Sherrie, Lorinda, Leanne and Cordel; his siblings, Arnold McNarland (Olga) and Greta Gabler (Ed); his nieces, Lori McNarland and May Cunningham; his nephew Scott Henry; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Shannon Desjardins (Richard), Sherrie Niemetz (Sheldon), Lorinda Ablass (David), Leanne Skelton (Ed) and Cordel McNarland (Gabriela Bautista Penaloza); his brother Arvene McNarland (Shirley); his grandchildren, Joel Laine (Allison), Julian (Nikki), Ashley (Shaun), Kera (Faron), Kishia, Taylor and Liam; and his great grandchildren, Zoe, Travis, Oliver, Rosa, Felix, Isla, Addison, Aubrey and Finn.
