She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Dalton (TD) and Millicent Steele; her brother Jack; and her siblings-in-law, Gail Steele, Ernie Smith and Leo Edwards.

She is survived by : her husband Cliff Cavanaugh; her children, Ken (Brenda), Perry (Gail), Patty (Patty), Brett (Kirsten), Rayna, Kinley, Todd (Genevieve), Jeff Dex (Teagan) and Brian (Kirsten); and her siblings, Lynnda Smith (Mike Mahoney), Rhonda Clunie, Ryan Clunie (Joanne), Declan, Dane, Pat Kain (Doug), Eileen Edwards and Dale Steele.
