She was predeceased by : her parents, Metro Yaginiski and Nita Yaginiski (Koroluk); her husband Harry Sowa; her parents-in-law, Roman and Theodozia Sowa; her son Lonnie Sowa; her sisters, Gloria and Lorraine; and her siblings-in-law, Anne Fincaryk, Nadia Sowa, Lois Sowa, Adolph Lozinski, Laddie Fincaryk, John Sowa and Peter Sowa.

She is survived by : her daughter Arlette Howard (Garnet); her daughter-in-law Lois Sowa; her grandchildren, Chelsea Howard (Toni Peter), Hayley Howard, Kathryn Kramer (Chris) and Morley Sowa; her great grandchildren, Paisley, Mason and Braxtyn; her brother-in-law Joe Mirva; her brother George; and her sister-in-law Heather Sowa. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
