It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bernard Albers of North Battleford, Saskatchewan, born in Bengough, Saskatchewan, who passed away on May 9, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Andrew Albers and Ellen Albers; his siblings-in-law, Elie, Doris Albers, Howard Enns, Greg Filion and Theresa Albers; and his uncle Elie.

He is survived by : his wife Denise; his children, Christine Tkachuk (Jeff), Pamela Watson (Jesse) and Andrew Albers; his grandchildren, Alex, Matthew and Mikayla Tkachuk; his sons, Ethan, Brayden and Liam Watson; his siblings, Donnie Albers (Debbie), Sherry Enns and Deb Petersen (Lance); and his grandsons, Ethan, Brayden and Liam.

Memorial donations in memory of Bernie can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation - 1379 Kenaston Boulevard Winnipeg, Manitoba R3P 2T5.
