Daniel Joseph Godfrey Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Joseph Godfrey of North Battleford, Saskatchewan, born in Regina, Saskatchewan, who passed away on March 31, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carol; his children, Dean Godfrey (Terri, family: Kyla, Bennitt, Taylor, Paisley, Danielle, Kassian) and Joann Melnyk (Kevin, family: Tessie Oberding, Brooklynn Oberding, Mike, Madison Melnyk); his brother-in-law Omer Iverson; his nieces and nephews, Randy, Shannon Iverson, Ryley (Jasmine) and Alyssa; his great-nieces, Ava and Evie; his nieces and nephews, Melanie Iverson, Russell and Donna Iverson; his great-niece Sarah; his great-nephew Jaxon; his nieces and nephews, Kylee and Travis Erker; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chelsey and Dyson; his parents, Arthur Godfrey and Hilda Godfrey; his sister June Iverson; and his adoptive father Arthur (Hilda Godfrey).

As per Dan's wishes and Covid still lingering in the community, the funeral will be held Thursday, April 7, 2022 for close family and friends by invite only and we strongly recommend wearing a mask in-doors for those in attendance.
