He is survived by: his wife Charlene Osadchuk; his children, Jonathan, Alex (Amanda) and Patricia; his grandchildren, Hailey, Alexander, Keegan, Bigham, Tiara (Jacob) and Nathan; and his great grandchild Lainey.
