He is survived by : his children, Daphne (Keith), Vince (Christine), Vicki (Jamie) and Nola; his wife Carol Booth; his siblings-in-law, Ken Booth (Adele), Don Booth (Diane) and Pat Boechler; and his parents-in-law, Herb and Julia Booth.
