She was predeceased by: her husband Archie Moccasin; her son Stuart McAdam; her great grandchild Zayne Gardiner; her parents, John Fly and Mary Fly; her mother-in-law Mary Moccasin; her siblings, Thomas Fly, Edward Fly, Sarah Snakeskin, Eliza Sundown and Mary Red Thunder; her siblings-in-law, Louisa Moccasin, Eliza Moccasin, Edna Moccasin and Leo Sr. Moccasin; and her niece Stella Moccasin (Snakeskin).

She is survived by: her children, Dallas, Alphonse (Kyla), Texan (Amanda), Misty, Daine, Dolphus (Heather), Miranda, Olivia (Randy), Herbie (Samantha), Charlotte, Charlene and Gerald; her close friend Honey; her siblings-in-law, Stanley, Doris, Brady, Amy (Leo), Dennis (Dorothy), Gary, Christine and Allen; and her niece Sylvia "Bird Head" Awasis. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and adopted children.
