She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Pete and Myra Pete; her siblings, Yvonne, Sonia, Jacob and Anderson; and her niece Debra Sokwaypnace.

She is survived by: her siblings, Adele (Marshall), Loretta (Wesley), Marvina, Arlene (Donald) and Ronald (Irene). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Little Pine Community Hall.
