She was predeceased by : her parents, Eugina Ellen Swayze and Lloyd Vincent Swayze; and her grandson Derek Richard Hawkins. She is survived by : her former life partner Hubert Clifford Hawkins; and her children, Elaine (Randy), Alan (Naomi) and Blaine (Janice). She is also survived by three children, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
