He was predeceased by : his wife Liz; his parents, Mike and Kathleen; and his in-laws, John and Theresa.

He is survived by : his child Collinda; his grandchildren, Lucas, Isabelle and Cindy (Ron); his great grandchildren, Jade (Jake), Shaya (Zach), Hanah and Dwayne (Carla); and also, Mike, Tyler (Anna), Adalee, Karlia, Avigail, Travis, Paige (Cody), Nick, Rick (Laurie), Payton and Ryder.
