He was predeceased by: his daughter Kenda; his parents, Ernest Hartley and Clara Hartley; his in-laws, Douglas and Helen Clark; and his siblings, Elsie Hartley, Hilda Bernard, Jackson, Harry and James Hartley.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Clark of Glasnevin; his children, Kevin Hartley (Karen) of Regina, SK, Patricia Riccio (Lucio) of Calgary, AB, Brent Hartley (Angela) of Calgary, AB and Darren Hartley of Calgary, AB; his grandchildren, Kendra Hartley-Struik (Nico), JJ Hartley, Laurin Hartley and Graydon Hartley (Reece); his sister Doris Todosichuk; and his in-laws, Bette, Jerry Tondevold of Ogema, SK, Beverly and Merv McCabe of Ogema, SK. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Rd Family Funeral Chapel (1825 1 Ave NE, Weyburn, SK S4H0A1). A burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Ogema Cemetery.
