He is survived by: his wife Victoria Pahtaykan; his children, Roger Pahtayken (Alice), Gertie Pahtayken, Geraldine Lewis (Lorne), Marlene Pahtayken, Carl Pahtayken (Audrey), Marty Pahtayken (Gladys), Rita Pahtayken-Littlewolfe, Anita Pahtayken, Benton Pahtayken, Raylene Hunter (Bobby), Randall Pahtayken (Adrianna) and Coralie Pahtayken; his adoptive children, Sarah Waskewitch (Joe), Vincent Rain (Chicken), Chester McKay and Clarence Whitstone; his children, Caroline, Philomene, Raymond, Norman, Jean and Peggy; his siblings, Mary Elizabeth Littlewolfe (Bruno), Malvina Hitman (Stuart), Albertine Whitefish (Peter), Stella Pahtayken, Kathy Arcand (Ernie), Larry Pahtayken (Jean Mooswa), Arlene Wolfe, Theresa Pahtayken, Lloyd Pahtayken (Shirley Weekusk), Sylvia Defresne (Francis), Angus Pahtayken (Val Andres), Alex Pahtayken, Lyle Pahtayken, Clifford Pahtayken, Christine Dillon-Pahtayken (Daren Dillon), Burton Lewis (Bernice), Wesley Lewis, Adopted and Elmer Wolfe; and his great grandchild Chapanak.
A wake was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Onion Lake Communiplex. A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
