She was predeceased by: her parents, Józef Potaczek and Maria Potaczek; her husband John; and her siblings, Stefania, Wladek, Staszek, Anna, Jan, Sophie, Katherine and Joseph.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph, Mary (Gerry), Stanley, Johnny (Ana) and Henry; her granddaughters, Nicole and Jessica; and her aunt Maria. She is also survived by her sister-in-law; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
