It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Opdahl of Oxbow, Saskatchewan, who passed away on April 5, 2026, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Irene Opdahl to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Peebles and Annie Peebles; her siblings, William, Joseph, James, John, Daniel, Elizabeth and Rose; and her son-in-law Doug Brock.
She is survived by: her daughter Sonya Bowey (Keith); her grandsons, Daniel (Angela), Andrew (Cassandra), Matthew (Danielle) and Joshua (Bailey); her daughter Shelley Opdahl; her grandchildren, Shania (Bryce), Jonathan and Declan; her son Tim Opdahl; and her sisters, Jean White and Lois Sugai. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
