She was predeceased by: her former husband Charles Braun; her son Malcolm McKenzie; her parents, Sam Jackson and Edith Jackson; and her siblings, Bob Jackson, Katherine Gloyn (Bill), Marion Laird (Dempsey) and Ruth Annetts (Art).

She is survived by: her husband Bill McKenzie of Gainsborough; her daughter Shaunna Zamzow (Jim) of Penticton, BC; and her grandson Mack McKenzie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
