He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph "Pat" Fourhorns and Alma Fourhorns; and his siblings, Lorna and Thomas Fourhorns. He is survived by: his wife Rowena; his children, Joey (Shauna), Sharman (Thomas), Jeremy (Jaynie), Wacy, Michael (Ryanda) and Miranda Thomson; his adoptive sons, Desmond Wapass (Joanne) and Mike Desjarlais (Anna); his grandchildren, Jayia, Jerik, Tanica, Trevon, Sioux, Heleyna, Marillya, Omhkinna, Elizabetta, Saoirse, Melah, Kenai, Neeayhe, Ohtanna and Wapiskih; his great grandchildren, Jett and Giada; and his siblings, Elaine, Sharon (Louie), Wayne, Bernice (Howie), Dawn, Charlene (Roy) and Randy.
