He is survived by: his sons, Curtis, Chad and Travis (Danna); the mother of his children Christine; his grandchildren, Tiara (Matt), James, Logan, Kasyn, Kaleb, Cara and Charlie; his great grandchild Mae; his brother Barry (Connie); his nephews, Shane and Sheldon (Steph); his sister-in-law Kathy; and his nieces and nephews, Kirk (Kari), Lacey (Troy), Jennifer (Carlo) and Jamie (Twyla).
