He was predeceased by : his brothers-in-law, Jim Juker and Harold Smith (Helen Beskorwayne); his wife Violet; his parents, Julien Oreel and Mary Oreel; his siblings, Edna (Walter Atkinson), Greta (Alvin Classen), Julianna, Henry (Shirley) and Marcel (Gale); his parents-in-law, Stanley and Annie Wolozyn; and his siblings-in-law, Jenny (Al Ungarian), Mary (Clare Anderson), Irene Smith, Margaret (Lloyd Clarke), Debbie Juker, Toby Coleman, Arnold Selander, Larry Williams, Leona Woloszyn, Joseph Woloszyn and Sheri.

He is survived by : his son Darryl (Marcella, family: Shayna, Brayden, Kaylan); his grandchildren, Kix and Bowynn; his son Garth (Sheri Larsen, family: Brodi); his grandchildren, Aubree, Quinn and Colby (Leigha Berg); his great grandchildren, Bexleigh and Ryleigh; his granddaughter Amanda Larsen (Grant Ring); his great grandchildren, Karter and Sophia; his granddaughter Brittany; his great grandchild Alex Hastings; his sisters-in-law, Allison Coleman, Gladys Selander, Betsy Williams and Sharon Woloszyn; and his niece Brittany Larsen. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
