She was predeceased by: her parents, John Donald (Jack) and Edwinnia Smith (Eddie); her husband Vern; her daughter Tammy; and the parents of child, John Donald (Jack) and Edwinnia Smith (Eddie).
She is survived by: her brother Frank Smith (Dian); and her son Kirk Boe. She is also survived by two grandchildren as well as several nieces, nephews.
