He is survived by: his mother Christa Polischuk; his daughters, Bretlyn (Chad), Blaze (Shawn), Chaylene Polischuk (Kennedy) and Akiva Wawryk; his grandchildren, Bently and Emery; his sister Angela Harding (Gordon); his nephews, Mason and Warren Harding; his niece Leah Krip (Isaiah); his great-nephew Silas; and his close friend Surkan.
