He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Demerais; his parents, Albert Demerais and Irene Demerais; his siblings, Herb, Art, Howard, Chuck, Louis and Lorna; his grandson Andre Lucier; his stepsons, George Lucier, Denis Lucier and Vince Lucier; and his siblings-in-law, Billy Mathers, Derek Mathers, Henry Mathers, Gordon Mathers, Thelma Grayson and Ethel Mathers.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Gail Lucier, Owen Lucier and Liz Parenteau; and his siblings, Barbara and Don (Val). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the South Hill Cemetery (1084 Central Ave, Prince Albert, SK S6V0Z8).
