He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnett Olmstead and Irene Olmstead; and his niece Angela Hudak (Jason Wilson). He is survived by: his sister Linda Olmstead (David Lehr); and his sibling's children, Leah Guy, Alexandra Guy, Mike Wilson and Jessica Wilson.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Peesane Cemetery.
