He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Berezowski and Annie Berezowski; his wife Paulette Berezowski; his siblings, Mike, Steve, Walter, Adam, Charles, John, Peter, Rudolph, Katie Berezowski, Mary Romanchuk, Lucy Evanoff, Frances Safruk and Josephine Schigol; his siblings-in-law, John Schigol, John Evanoff, Norman Romanchuk, Peter Safruk, Stella, April, Mary, Teresa, Evelyn, Florence and Sadie; and his parents-in-law, Philippe and Anna Lamy.

He is survived by: his daughter Linda Miller; and his granddaughters, Jennifer and Shauna. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives, and friends.
