He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Channon and Annie Channon (Scragg); and his siblings, Douglas, Helen Anderson (Marvin) and Nancy Pocha (Archie).
He is survived by: his wife Iris McKenzie; his daughter Lorraine Gulka (Brad, family: Michelle Klapitiuk) of Saskatoon, SK; his grandchildren, Ellis, Annie and Ryan Gulka; his son Dale Channon (Melissa) of Calgary, AB; his granddaughter Abigail; and his brothers-in-law, Murdo McKenzie (Edie) of Boswell Oklahoma and Redford McKenzie (Karen) of Prince George, BC. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
A Come and Go Celebration of Frank's Life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at Cooke Municipal Golf Course in the Tee Room, In lieu of other tributes, donations in his memory may be made to the Rose Garden Hospice, 500 – 38th St. West, Prince Albert, SK S6W 0A3, or online at rosegardenhospice.ca.
