He is survived by: his daughter Angela Chartrand; his siblings, Rene Sewap, Charlie McDonald, Allan Sewap, Roger Sewap, Stella Buck and Rose Waditaka; his siblings' children, Jacob Sewap Jr. (Lorretta), Justin Sewap, Melvin Head, Peter Waditaka, Dillon Waditaka, Darren Waditaka (Dellisa), Garrett Waditaka, Gaylen Zebrasky, Robbie Zebrasky, Corey Zebrasky, Marie Sewap (Johnson), Patricia Sewap, Katari Laurin (Jordan), Elizabeth Fahlamn, Crystal Michel, Muriel Stewart and Angelica Waditaka (Greg); and his friend Ron Lypchuk.
A prayer will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the River Park Funeral Home (301 River St W, Prince Albert, SK S6V 2Z3). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
