He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonie Boyer and Jean Boyer; his siblings, Leontine Boyer, Valentine Boyer (Leonard) and Lionel Boyer; his child Dennis Boyer of Stella Peters; his son-in-law John Peters; his parent-in-law Jean; and his siblings-in-law, Joe Schmitt of Louis Schmitt, Katrina Schmitt and Leonette Schmitt.

He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Boyer; his children, David Boyer (Sharon), Roxanne Boyer (Don), Darren Boyer (Traci), Marie Joseyounen (Alex), Jimmy Tsannie, Stacey Ermine and Devon Ermine; his grandchildren, Alexander (Alice), Simon, Allan (Jeanine), Bobbi, Jasmine (Scott), Branden, Jessica (Ashleigh), Tyler (Stephanie), Larissa (Andrew), Maisyn (Robbie), Justin (Selina), Kenneth, Mitchel (Michelle), Keisha (Shae), Trinity and Nipin; his great grandchildren, Lexxin, Jenessa, Jackson, Emily, Briella, Stetsyn, Skylor and Jostyn; his brother Ovide Boyer (Pauline) of Nelson; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Schmitt, Gertie Boyer, Lettia Springer and Marj Schmitt. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
