With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald Naytowhow Jr. (Prince Albert, Saskatchewan), who passed away on November 21, 2025 at the age of 39. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Sylvia Naytowhow; his grandfathers, John Naytowhow (Annie) and Leo Badger (Josephine); his aunts and uncles, Andrew Naytowhow, Simon Naytowhow, James Naytowhow, Lloyd Johnson, Lazarus Naytowhow, Eli Naytowhow, Jacob Badger, Glen Badger, Fred Badger, Elizabeth Frenchman, Hilda Naytowhow, Pauline Badger, Sophie Naytowhow and Nancy Naytowhow; Henry Badger (Geraldine).
He is survived by: his father Gerald Naytowhow (Sylvia); his siblings, Karen Badger (Wesley Rabbitskin), Mason Naytowhow and Tyler Almightyvoice; his close friend Nessa Powder; his aunts and uncles, David Badger, Howard Badger, Alex Badager, Sidney Naytowhow and Charlene Badger; and his nieces, Trinity, Shauntay, Charlie, Unique, Brielle and Brynley.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Sturgeon Lake Community Centre (726 Education Rd, Saskatchewan S0J2E1). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sturgeon Lake Community Centre, Sturgeon Lake First Nation (726 Education Rd, Saskatchewan S0J2E1). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at the East End Cemetery.
