She was predeceased by: her parents, John Popov and Mary Popov; her husband Kenneth Salen; her siblings, Violet Vaughan, Angeline Hammond (Andrew), Edna Salen and Lorne Popov (Jean); and her nieces and nephews, Linda, Renee and Dale.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Sochaski (John); her granddaughter Amber Sharp (Kevin Haviland); her children, Ryder and Evan Sharp; her grandson Buck Sochaski (Lindsay); her great grandchildren, Luke, Laney and William Sochaski; her daughter Arlene Salen; her grandchildren, Jeremy Kenney (Karen Steinke), Dixie Kenney (Luc Niven) and Sohmer Cheney (Kelly); her great grandchildren, Julian, Vahn and Lola Kenney; and her sister Dianne Pogue. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
