She was predeceased by : her parents, Engebret Helgesen and Mary Helgesen; her parents-in-law, Lucille and John Brown; her siblings, Anna, Louise, Siggi, Lolly and Sharon; and her niece Carla.

She is survived by : her daughter Shauna (Greg); her grandchildren, Savannah and Garrett; her sister Sonja (Denis); her nephews, Leon (Tamara) and Denny (Melanie); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Elise and Remy; and her friends, Kenny and Ruth Doucette. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
