He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Mathers and Stella Mathers (Andrews); his siblings, Harry, Thelma (Andy Grayson), Doris (Demerais), Bill Sr. (Ethel), Derek and Gordon; his in-laws, George and Kathleen Dean (Anderson); and his brother-in-law Oreland Dean (Doreen).
He is survived by: his significant other Darlene Dean; and his children, Randy (Michele, family: Christie, Deklan, Madelyn, Keegan, Michael), Carrie (Jim, family: Joseph, Jason) and Sandra (Darren).
