He is survived by: his parents, Sonia Masuskapoe and Elmer Sr. Masuskapoe; his siblings, Ashley Dee of Ahtahkakoop, FN, Elmer Jr. Masuskapoe of Ahtahkakoop, FN, David Masuskapoe (Kiera Masuskapoe) of Ahtahkakoop, FN and Tehani Masuskapoe (Neeko Bird); his grandparents, Harvey Ahenakew, David Masuskapoe (Shirley) and Kokum Cheryl Bird (Arthur); and his close friend Tiffany Keller.
A wake was held on Tuesday, February 24th 2026 at 4:30 PM at the Ahtahkakoop First Nation Band Hall. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 25th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 25th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Masuskapoe Family Cemetery (7 West 3rd, Ahtahkakoop First Nation).
