He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne; his children, Alaiza, Jimmy (Carmen) and Jolyn York (Greg); his grandchildren, Alicia McMillan (Cody), Taylia Hanson (Austin), Cody and Jessica Thompson (Dane); his great grandchildren, Cashton Brax and Lennie; his siblings, Shanna Velasquez (Mick), Sydra Clark and Jodie Clark (Corrine); his brother-in-law Mike Mitchell; and his friend Mary. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
