It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joanne Bassingthwaite (Prince Albert, Saskatchewan), born in Rabbit Lake, Saskatchewan, who passed away on February 21, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Edith Page and Raymond Page; her husband Albert Bassingthwaite; her sister Arlene Wyant; her son-in-law Duane Baran; and her siblings-in-law, Judy Haryung and Neil Bassingthwaite.
She is survived by : her children, Ray Bassingthwaite (Mary), Laurie Kehrig (Andy), Lyle Bassingthwaite (Claire) and Charlene Baran (Bob Stark); her grandchildren, Candace Fior, Kelsi Lukan, Amber Todd, Wade Kehrig, Devin Baran, Tiffiny Middelkoop, Jonas Bassingthwaite, Lee Kehrig, Jordin Bassingthwaite, Stefanie Bassingthwaite and Derek Baran; and her siblings-in-law, Vivien Bassingthwaite, Margaret Thiessen (Hal), Bill Wyant and Doug Haryung. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
