He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton and Matilda; and his siblings, Joe, Rick (Agnes), Josephine and Roselle (Nick Miller).

He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Aaron (Julia) and Jill (Mike Ranger); his grandchildren, Hudson, Taylor and Alessandra; his siblings, Sam, Chuck (Dianne), Cathy (Phil Streifel) and Carolle (Warren Debert); and his sister-in-law Lorraine. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Therefore, in lieu of other tributes, donations in his memory can be , made to the YMCA- 94-15 Street East, Prince Albert, S6V 1E8.
