He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Evans and Edna Evans; and his siblings, Marjorie Fjeld (Art), Hazel Lindbloom (Ford), Evelyn Holmevik (Haakon), Esther Pederson (Garny), Lillian Prost (Bill), Howard Evans, Arthur Evans, Rose Giesbrecht and Muriel Giesbrecht.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his son Bruce Evans (Wendy); his grandchildren, Cassandra Tucker (Jason), Kaitlin Murphy (Tyler) and Benjamin Evans; his son Glen Evans (Joan); his grandchildren, Kimberly Dobmeier (Evan), Gregory Evans (Sara) and Andrew Evans; his son Miles Evans (Shelley); his grandchildren, Ashley Jurgens (Nigel), Courtney Evans (Curtis) and Joshua Evans; his daughter Leann Mryglod (Andy); his great grandchildren, Wyatt and Dyson Dobmeier; his siblings, Mervin Evans (Lorraine), Eleanor McConnell, Jean Halvorson (Dennis), Gordon Evans and Reginald Evans; and his siblings-in-law, Herb Giesbrecht, Gayle Schmidtz (Marie), Gerald Schmidtz, Lionel Schmidtz (Janet) and Jenny Evans.
