It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucia Moise in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, who passed away on March 8, 2026, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Elise and Joseph Moise; her parents, John (Caroline Bird) and Catherine (Solomon Moise); her daughter Caroline Moise; her siblings, Charlie Moise, Raymond Bird, Peter Bird, Alphonse Denechezhe, Emily Morin, John Thomas, Josephine Mercredi (Rachel) and Victoria Cook; and her in-laws, Larry Morin, Henry Bird, Louie Mercredi, Alphonse Denecheze and Noah Cook.

She is survived by: her siblings, Ronnie Moise, Lizette, Flora Jane and Gordon; her close friend John Bighetty; her grandchildren, Calvin, Coolin, Kennen, Korin, Cierena, Rivers and Issac James; her chapans, Deyia Hart, Dantea, Zon, Kaylinn and Zaire; her cousins, Patsy McCallum, Kenneth Ballantyne, Anne Moise and Ada James; and her friends, Brotchet, Sandy Bay, Prince Albert and Tadoule Lake. She is also survived by her numerous nieces, nephews.
