We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2023, at the age of 87, Mary Anne Clara Smith of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, born in Humboldt, Saskatchewan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her mother Clara Johanna Smith; her husband Lloyd Carmen Middlebrook; and her children, Denis, Dexter, David, Douglas, Darryl (Mary), Dwayne, Crystal Prentice (Trevor), Albert Levesque (Brandy), Justin, Alicia Barandica (Jerison), Eric and Mark.
