He was predeceased by: his parents, Sadie Bereziak and William Bereziak; his wife Brenda Reid; his brothers, John, Pete, George and Jim; and his half-sisters, Mary and Lena.
He is survived by: his daughters, Connie Richard (Reg) and Cathy Kitagawa (Cory); his grandchildren, Brynn, Brett and Lowen; his daughter Donna Bereziak; and his sisters, Natty, Anne, Rose and Pauline. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
