He is survived by: his wife Veronica Joseyounen; his children, Helen Joseyounen, Verna Joseyounen, Bruce "Fish" Joseyounen (Christine), Peter Joseyounen, Jenny Joseyounen, Christopher Joseyounen and Vanessa Joseyounen; his grandchildren, Hayden, Vernen, Vera, Kanysha, Christyanna, Breanna, Jannie, Jayna, Josie, Heather Christa Christy, Loga, Noami and Kanye; his great grandchild Grant; his godsons, Patrick Josie and Rudi Tsannie; his siblings, Angus Joseyounen (Rose), Raymond Joseyounen (Claudette), Ailla Besskkaystare, Judy Tsannie (Jean Marie) and Florence Tsannie (Simon); his in-laws, Marie Joseyounen, Bernadette Danttouze, Lucy Merasty, Adele St. Pierre, Jonas Sha Oullie (Mary), Gilbert Sha Oullie (Lena), Margaret Dzeylion (Emil), Bobby Sha Oullie and Tom Sha Oullie (Jeanette); and his close friend George Kasayon.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 2nd 2026 at 5:00 PM and on Tuesday, March 3rd 2026 at 7:00 PM. A wake was held on Tuesday, March 3rd 2026 at 9:00 PM at the Residence of Veronica Joseyounen Prince Albert (901 7 Ave NE, Spruce Home, SK S0J2N0). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM and at 3:00 PM. A burial was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 at the Hatchet Lake Cemetery.
